Esalen component:

Touch is our natural language for affection and love, and can help us live in harmony with ourselves, each other and the planet.

In this workshop we will focus both on the meditative qualities of Esalen massage such as sensitivity, presence and intention, as well as the signature Esalen hands-on techniques and draping.

There will be plenty of time for trading practice massages throughout our time together and let all the learning sink in.

If you love quality touch, this is the workshop for you! Come prepared to move your body, dance, share kind touch and have plenty of fun!

Ritual component:

Ritual and the living of life as ceremony is the beauty way in action. Creating sacred space and acknowledging the elements which surround and inhabit the physical body is intrinsic to our relationship with self, other, spirit, and the planet.

In this workshop, focusing first on Esalen's long water strokes and meditative presence, we will combine alchemical elements of indigenous body sessions to deepen listening, add beauty, incorporate exit and acupressure points for relaxation and connection.

There will be plenty of time for trading practice massages throughout our time together and to let all the learning sink in.

If you long to understand the body, and wish to learn the basics of ritual healing this is the workshop for you!

Come prepared to make lasting connections, find your still center, share from the heart and celebrate life!

Everyone is welcome, seasoned professionals, absolute beginners and loving couples.
